Team

Head of Design and sole designer for Cosmos, Augment's agentic SDLC platform. I chose open-source design and animation systems to move fast, then trained agents to take changes from code to PR to production — shipping UI without queuing behind engineering, and stress-testing the exact workflow we were selling.

SDLC AI Webapp

When every developer has their own AI agent, context doesn't carry between them. Cosmos fixes that by running a library of specialist agents against the whole delivery lifecycle — triggered from GitHub, Jira, Slack, and PagerDuty, sharing memory across sessions and teams, with humans at the approval checkpoints.

Impact

By automating the repetitive stretches of the delivery lifecycle, Cosmos cuts time-to-merge by 66% and resolves the majority of incidents before on-call joins

Research & Concept Development

Agentic tools have changed how early design work starts.

When I'm defining requirements for a new feature, I feed inspiration and constraints into an agent to generate a first round of directions — then use those artifacts to align product management and stakeholders before committing to one.

I also query the Augment agent directly to surface what the product already imposes — design system constraints, existing requirements, and edge cases I'd otherwise discover late.

Prototyping & Testing

Augment's agent has the tools and context to build interactive prototypes on the spot — real working versions I can share with stakeholders in the moment, not static mockups.

Our developers set up a "tunnel" that lets me make live edits to the code and push them to a preview deployment or test environment. Feedback comes in before anything is committed.

PR & Deployment

Once my agents verify the changes, I hand off to the PR agent, which writes a thorough GitHub PR documenting what changed and why. Depending on which team owns the affected code, I tag them as reviewers.

With this process, I've taken design changes from first idea to production in a single day.
